We've designed four single family homes against a dramatic hillside. The homes sit within the hill, requiring careful coordination with the civil engineer to get the grading and retaining walls to work.

The planning department requested that each house has its own design - we've settled on a pink one, an angled one, a black one, and concrete frame one. The planner and local community have all responded enthusiastically to the designs and welcome the development.

The interiors of each house pick up on the exterior design, with material selections, layouts, and lighting all reflecting the house's unique appearance.
