The design for our creative office space sits within a plot that used to have access train tracks leading to the main lines. The curved nature of these tracks resulted in a curved shaped property. The site itself sits in a neighborhood full of repurposed warehouses, making it an ideal location for a creative office or gallery space.
The design of the building’s facade turns the curves on their head, creating an undulating facade out of ribs and glass. The roof of the building provides additional work spaces along with inspiring views out towards downtown.
